About:China Visa Exemption

US Green card holder

Hello! I am wondering if I can travel under the 72 hour stop over time line with my American girlfriend. I am Uruguayan with a US green card and we are hoping to stop over in either Shanghai or Beijing. Since I have a green card, is this possible for me?

Sorry, I'm afraid you can't make use of the free-transit policy. You need to get an L type or G type entry permit in advance.
