About:Chinese Paper-cut Museum

Do I need a Transit Visa coming from the US going to the Phil

My flight will be coming from the states going to Manila passing through PEK. I saw were someone coming from the Phil going back to the US but what about the other way around? I would figure it's the same but want to be sure.

Yes, it's the same. As long as you stay in Beijing for not over 72 hours, you don't need the transit permit.
