About:Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding

visiting Chengdu just for one weekend in October and am keen to visit Panda Breeding Center.

Is there any chance at all that the weekend will be so busy with local visitors that I will be unable to get entry into the Center?

No. It is not terrible situation like your expectation. In weekends, although there are more visitors than weekdays, you will surely have a chance to enter the breeding center. Just reach there earlier, 8 – 9 am is panda’s most active time – breakfast time. Do not miss it.
