About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I will be arriving at Terminal 3, PEK and hope to get a local SIM card for my iphone.

Are there any shops where I can do this?

There is China Mobile branch offices located at parking level 1, Teminal 2. You can go there to purchase your SIM card. By the way, from T3, there are free shuttle bus going to T2, you can take that.
