During your stay, you can visit the following places:Yuexiu Park, Canton Tower, Pear River, Ancestral Temple of Chen Family, Chimelong Resort, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall.It is also highly recommended to go shopping near Haizhu Square (Taikang Road) and roam around local famous pedestrian street - Shangxia Jiulu. As for hotel, I suggest you stay near the GZ Railway Station. Around it, you can find a lot of economical hotels. There you can have easy access of train, subway and public bus service. Here is a list of some cheap hotels.Xiangquan Hotel, located at No. 145 of West Huanshi Road.Shenghao Hotel, located at No. 2 Zoumagang, Sanyuanli, Yuexiu District.Jinfa Hotel, located at No. 2 Zoumagang, Sanyuanli, Yuexiu District.Especially near Zhanxi raod and Junma Building, there are a lot of cheap hostels, if it’s ok for you, go there to have a check.
