About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Arriving on cruise ship, departing by air

We are arriving in Shanghai on 27 Sep 2015 and departing by air on a flight direct to Los Angeles leaving the same day from Pudong airport. Do we need a visa?

No, you don't need it because you are eligible for the 24-hour direct transit policy.
