I'd like to know if its possible to apply for a tourist visa for China at the embassy of Myanmar.

I am a Netherlands passport holder, And how long is the processing time? Also 4 working days?

Marloes, you can try to apply there. However, there is no guarantee that you will be granted for sure. You know, foreigners in third countries are usually required to provide their legal resident permits for employment, study or other purposes. If you possible, you'd better apply from Chinese embassy in your country. Yes, the processing time is four working days.
