I have a 7hr 20min Long wait in Baiyun Airport, En route ( London to Auckland)

I gather this is too short a time to take up the offer of offsite packages/ deals on transfers to hotels etc.

For complimentary star hotel accommodation greater than a 8 hour stopover is needed I see online.

What can I do in my 7hr 20min layover - are there any lounges/hotels very nearby/onsite, that I can check into ? (Without exiting the terminal or going landside? )
