About:Visa Policy of China

If we decided to settle down in China, what type of visa do they grant me how long it lasts?

Am a Malaysian Chinese aged 66 yrs. My wife whom we are officially married in Malaysia is a Chinese national currently staying with me here in Malaysia. Thanks.

Since you are married with a Chinese, then you should apply for the Q1 type first and then change it for a long-term resident permit within 30 days after you arrive. It takes four working days to deal with your application.
