About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

arriving by plane and leaving by cruise ship within 72 hours. I can't use this free transit, right?

Yes, it's right you can't use the 72-hour free transit policy. If the transit time is not over 24 hours, you still don't need the transit visa. If the transit time is more than 24 hours, you need to apply for a G type before your travel.
