Is the Chimelong Paradise open on the third to fourth week of December?

Our group wants to visit Chimelong in GuangZhou on the third week of December, but I heard from our travel agency that it closes due to cold weather. How true is it? Maybe not all the time, but did it close on December in the past due to extreme cold weather?

Well, as I know, this scenic area still opens at that time, but several parks like water park will close then. In addition, there are also several celebrations for Christmas Day.
