About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do I qualify for the 72 hour waiver?

I flew from the United States to Hong Kong with a confirmed return ticket from Beijing to the United States. I will fly from Hong Kong to Beijing and have 49 hours in Beijing before my flight to the USA.
