Relocation - New Job - Purchasing a New House

I'm a water Rat, so as my wife, and we are planning to relocated North - North East, acquire new jobs and purchase a new house this year - sheep year 2015.

Our children signs are Tiger, Snake and Pig. Please give us advices regarding this big decision we are about to take?
