They are two different high-speed railway stations.
The Huanggang mountain is located inside a natural reserve, there is no public trasnport to the mountain, so you are suggesed to hire a car. There are wide roads leading to the mountain peak, the car can get you to the top directly. Well, it is actually less interesting and challenging. Or you can just hire the car to Tongmuguan. Then ask the driver to wait for you at the mountain foot, then you can hike up the mountain. The hiking route is about 19km (11.5 miles), and it will take about 5 - 6 hours. Then still take the car back to Wuyishan city.
Well, there are two trains from Wuyishan to Yiyang.
One is a normal speed train, leaving at 13:17. The travel time is about 2 hours. There is also a highspeed train available at North Railway station at 12:50. The travel time is about 55 mins. You can take one of them.
