I'm from Pakistan. Actually, I am applying for a working Z visa

I'm from Pakistan. Actually, I am applying for a working Z visa from Pakistan and it's my first time and before I was graduated from china.
is there any restriction to apply for a new visa from Pakistan?

To apply for work visa, you need to get an job offer from China and your employee will provid you the work permit, which is a special requirement. However, it's not so easy to succeed during the pandemic period.

My employer is providing me work visa too.
can you please tell me what important docs I must need to arrange before going to embassy?
secondly right now I’ve transcripts of my bachelor degree and I’ll get my original degree in July. Is is ok if I apply my visa with the transcripts?
