Ticket exchange and upgrade.
What is the exchange or upgrade policy? For example I have a second class seat but I arrive at the station early could I change my existing seat for an ticket on an earlier one that has room? Is it possible to upgrade to first class in that situation if I were to pay the difference in fares?
