Are strong pain medications such as oxy contin allowed through customs with a letter from my Doctor?

I suffer with chronic pain & need to take Oxycontin daily to cope. I have a letter from my Doctor outlining my dependancy on these medications. Will Hong Kong Customs allow me to bring my medications with me? Are there any special requirements I must take to be allowed entry for 2 weeks without problems?

What kind of letter is it? You'd better take the prescription given by your doctor and the medical certificate that proves you suffer from the illness and really need to take the medicine you bring.
