Can you tell me how can I get tiks from Shenyang to Pyongyang (DPRK)?

Not clear about shenyang, but some news say that you can go from Dandong instead. They seems for sale at Dandong station. But the most improtant, you cannot travel along there, you have to be in group and pass the application first.
