visa appointment, anyone can help me with this issue?

I read the brief information that says it will take 10 working days before I can be get my appointment date after I've submitted all my document but its approximately 2weeks now since I've submitted all required document to get an appointment date then go for the interview and I still have not gotten any message from the embassy till now. please can someone tell me what is going on and the appropiate time I will get the message containing my appointment date. all my documents where submitted 7th july 2015. And also I'd like to get a clear understanding of the working days

Rukevwe, sometimes if there are too many applicants, you may need to wait longer to go for the interview. I suggest you directly call the embassy and ask for the approximate date. The working days are from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
