are there any syrians got a chinese visa in turkey?

I'm Syrian, living in Turkey. I need to go to China for business. I got all the material for business visa and went to the embassy in Ankara to apply for it. Unfortunately, I was told I couldn't make it in Turkey (only because of my Syrian nationality)and I must apply for it in Syria. I didn't  know why and they won't give me a reason. I'd like to know, are there any Syrians who got a Chinese visa in Turkey? For the current situation, HOW can I apply a Chinese visa since I can't go back to Syria. And will it be done in istanbul consulate? Thanks a lot!

Hi Fatima! I suggest you get an agency to help you with the application. If if still turns out in vein, you have to go back to your home country to apply for it.
