I was born on September 18, 1990. Please advise if I can be fortunate to find new and better job?

I actually resigned twice this year, last April from first company and this July in the new company. Both companies where I resigned made it hard for me to exit from them. Good thing, I passed the chaos from the first ex-company but now, I'm dealing very hard with the 2nd ex-company.
