Visa to China from Indonesia

Hi, I'm a spanish citizen and I will be travelling to Indonesia for a week and from there to PRC. I know it's better to apply in Spain but it's not possible.

I have seen they ask for proof of residence in Indonesia for you to be able to get the chinese tourist type, but here I've read you only need your tourist indonesian one. Is this they give you on entry?

Do you know how long it takes? as I've read you have to ask for it a month in advance but then it says it takes 4 days.
