visa to china from indonesia

Hi, I'm a spanish citizen and I will be travelling to Indonesia for a week and from there to PRC. I know it's better to apply in Spain but it's not possible.I have seen they ask for proof of residence in Indonesia for you to be able to get the chinese tourist type, but here I've read you only need your tourist indonesian one.  Is this they give you on entry? Do you know how long it takes? as I've read you have to ask for it a month in advance but then it says it takes 4 days.Thnak you for your help

Hi, it's right, you can apply for PRC entry permit from Indonesia and the tourist Indonesia entry permit can be used for the application. The process only takes four working days. It's usually advised to apply one month in advance because by doing so, you can prepare better and leave more flexibility for your trip.
