uk citizen in cambodia requires visa

I currently live and conduct business here  and need to travel to China for business. Can i apply at the embassy in Phenm Penh? Also, do i need to state entry and leaving dates when applying? Regards

David, it's possible to apply from Phnom Penh. You need to state your expected entry and departure dates on the application form.

can the dates be an estimate or if i arrive a fay after stated will entry be refused?

Don't worry, the dates can be an estimate. Onece you get the entry permit, you can enter at anytime before the entry permit expires.
