what type of visa would I be able to go to other cities than the ones listed for the 72 hour stay?

I am a on-board courier who escorts time-critical things around the world. My trips always are booked in advance & always have a confirmed return flight. I am almost always at the destination airport a only few hours, staying overnight at the most. Are there any types for multiple entries? Will a simple tourist type work for this?
