About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am Indian national and have Mexican FM3 card and US buisness visa

My route is :-
Mexico-Los Angeles-Delhi and return is also from same route. I have lay over of 3 hrs 35 min at shanghai, and have connecting flight to india and in return to Los angeles. Please do I need any type or not?

No, you don't need it because you are eligible for the 24h direct transfer policy.
