About:China Visa

Visa needed to travel from train station to airport in one day?

My college is travelling UK-Beijing, staying in Beijing for 72 hours, then flying Beijing to DPRK - can she use the 72 hour transit for this?

She is then getting the train from DPRK to Beijing, arriving at 10:00 and then flying from Beijing to UK at 00:55 the next day. Will she need entrypermit for this second entary or can she use the 24 hour direct transit?

Thanks!

Kirsty, she can make use of 72 hours free transit to stay in Beijing for three days before flying to DPRK. And she is qualified for 24 hours free transit when she returns to UK.

Thank you Fay! Does the the 24 hour transit apply even though she is coming back in to the country by train rather than flying in?
