China Visa Application in a Third Country

Dear Sirs,
Herewith I would like to have information of application in third country. On August 3, 2015, I will travel to Vancouver from Surabaya/Indonesia, will stay in Vancouver till October 3, 2015.

On the way back to Surabaya/Indonesia on October 3, 2015, I intend to visit Shanghai. Is there any possibility for me to apply in Vancouver?

Is there still time for me to apply in Surabaya? Thank you for your attention.

Sarojo, it's possible that you can apply from Vacouver. However, I suggest you apply from Indonesia. The application process only takes four working days, so you have enough time to apply before travelling to Canada. In addition, the best time for you to apply from Indonesia is late July.
