Can South Africans apply for Z visas from Seoul?

I'm 26 years old and have less than 6 months left on my ARC. I recently read about some other foreign teachers that said the 6 month rule does not apply to Z type application anymore and they applied and received it with no problems. Most of the information online seems to be outdated so please confirm.

Michy, I think it is possibe that they gave you the correct information. The six-month validity is perhaps not necessary for those who apply for the Z type. You should confirm this again with the embassy.
