About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do I qualify for a 72-hour VIsa-free transit in Beijing? Thank you

I am arriving in Beijing and staying two days before flying to Hong Kong, where I stay for three days. I am an Italian citizen, so I think I will not need a visa in Hong Kong.
