do i need tibet permit in Lhasa airport while traveling from chengdu to lhasa and then to kathmandu?

ReplySo you will just have a transit in Lhasa? If so, you won't go through the immigration to enter that area, so no Tibet Travel Permit is needed. For more info, it is best to consult your airline in advance.10Reply
