Yes, there are several long-distance buses at the airport that can take you to Suzhou Railway Station and Suzhou Convention Center directly.
The bus schedules are 10:15, 11;30, 13:00, 14:15, 15:15, 16:10, 17:40 and 19:30.
The ticket fare is CNY 30 per person.
