Traveling ULN - PEK with 2.5 hours before flight on AA to DFW - with checked bags.

4 of us will be travelog July 12 - ULN - PEK on China Air. If we are on time we will have 2.5 hours before the AA flight to DFW. Will China Air tag our bags through to Dallas - or will we have to claim them in PEK. If we have to claim them - what is the best way for this to happen (some airports have an expedited service?).
