About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Traveling ULN - PEK with 2.5 hours before flight on AA to DFW - with checked bags.

4 of us will be travelog July 12 - ULN - PEK on China Air. If we are on time we will have 2.5 hours before the AA flight to DFW. Will China Air tag our bags through to Dallas - or will we have to claim them in PEK. If we have to claim them - what is the best way for this to happen (some airports have an expedited service?). Thank you in advance for your thoughts.

No, you don't need to reclaim your luggage.
The correct procedures are Transfer Procedures - Border Inspection - Security Check - Custom Inspection - Flight Waiting and Boarding.
In addition, 2.5 hours are enough for you to transfer the flight. Don't worry. :-)
