I am planning to go again for VOA. what should i do?

My last visit to hongkong for tourists visa was refused as my hotel booking was for 2 days while return was after 3 days...

You should book a return ticket and hotels which can cover your whole trip in Hong Kong. In addition, ensure that your passport is valid and you have sufficient money at hand to spend in HK.
