How to get a Z visa when currently located away from the home country?

I have a filipino friend who's working in vietnam. But she's been offered to work in china. She's planning not to go home but process things in vietnam instead and fly directly from there to china. What are the other requirements she'll have to present at the chinese embassy in vietnam aside from the ones already mentioned/listed?

Donnie, in addition to the documents listed above, your friend should submit the original and photocopy of her residence permit in Vietnam.

Sean, thanks for the reply. Her current employer in vietnam issued her with a working permit. Will that do?
