About:China Visa

I am holding Indian passport and want to visit my friend in China for 15 days

do i need a visa ,and if yes how much will it cost me

Charles, you need to apply for it from the CVASC in India. It costs 3900 Rs, plus the 1061 Rs for service charge, altogeter 4961 Rs.
