About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

AA flight from Chicago to Hong kong connecting KA at Shanghai

Hi, i will be taking AA flight from Chicago to Hong Kong, connecting Dragon Airline at Pudong Airport. in Transit for 3 hours. From past posting, i understand no transit visa is needed. but i am confuse on luggage rules.

do i need to claims my luggage at international arrival hall and then check in ?

Yes, you need reclaim your luggage at the airport.
