About:Shanghai Public Transportation Card

What is the minimum to top up the SH Transportation Card ?

and after used. Just pass back to the counter for the refund?

Oh, you need to pay CNY 20 to buy the card. Then you can recharge CNY 50 or CNY 100 in general.
After used, you can go to the counter and return the card. The staff will give you back CNY 20 and the balance.
