About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

To get a Visa Z, is the physical examination conducted in my home country or after I arrive China?

or is the physical examination conducted in my home country and then again when I arrive in China?

K, you need to do the physical examination two times. One is done when you apply for the Z type. The oher is done when you change your Z type into resident permit after you arrive.

May ask when i get the physical examination done in the USA can the completed hospital form be used in China also?

This form cannot be used in China. You should get another medical report from the designated hospital.
