Letter of Good Conduct

I am a Malaysian citizen, I had been working and living in China up until 2015 before moving to Malaysia. I would like to request a Letter of Good Conduct from the Chinese authorities relative to my stay in China. How do I apply for this?

You can contact the public security bureau in your residence area in China and apply for such a document.
