About:Beijing Capital Airport T2

ARRIVAL PROCEDURE FROM T2 to T3 both international flights

what is the procedure of intrrnational to international transfer arriving from Terminal 2 at 0050midnigt and depart at Terminal3 at 0830h? 2 different airlines . i am a filipino passport holder. please help. thanks
