what type of document i need for china visa? Or no need one to go there?

I want to go latvia for study. Latvian school say to me, I have to go in china for latvian resident permit. Please inform me

Mahbub, I think you should apply for an S type for private affairs. The documents needed may include your passport, a photocopy of your passport's data page, a fully completed application form with your bare-headed photo affixed on it, an admission letter from the Lativian school, and other things required by the consular office.
