korean visa application got refused. new rule regarding mers?

embassador. i need your answer to this question right away.i written a question on this board on April 19th. i asked if i can come to thailand and apply and YOU said yes. you said u RECOMMAND that i apply for it in korea but never say im not allowed to. i clearly mentioned my situation in details and it was obvious that i wasn residing in Thailand. today, at queue number 151, i got rejected only bc im korean. the lady didn even look at my documents.tell me if its new policy that never been announced. i think i double checked enough and flew all the way from PRC to bangkok only for this application. where do i get pay back for the whole travel cost?

you go back to South Korea to apply. Considering of your previous entry record, you are expected to acquire it. For the L type, return air ticket and hotel booking are required. However, I think you would find someone (your friend) to send you an invitation letter. Then hotel booking and air ticket are not required.
