Jaswant, I am very sorry to hear about your such an unfortunate situation. It would be very useful if you have presented us your detailed itinerary with all the stops within your itinerary in order to allow us to see why and what was the cause for your boarding refusal at Edmonton airport. I hope you will find time to write us a follow up post here about all the details. I am asking you this because we both know that there is no Korean airlines operating passengers service in Edmonton and also there is no direct flight from Edmonton to Shanghai. Your precise reply on this subject will be of great value and I promise you to study your itinerary and to offer some ideas when I receive it. Again, I am so sorry not only for your financial loss, but also for the stress and disappointment you have experienced on the day of your boarding that was supposed to be a great journey.
