What if my husband refuses to renew my resident permit?

Hi, I married a Chinese for 6 years and now my husband is refusing to come and renew my resident permit, it’s about to expire within a week, what can I do in this case?

Is your visa still valid? If yes, you can can renew it yourself at the exit and entry administration. For the application details, you need to consult the administration. And you need to do it as soon as possible.

It’s valid till next week, but I don't have his identification cards or letter of invitation which they asking each time for renewal.
