is there a long-distance bur service from xian to shanghai. What is the cost please?

Yes, there are. At local Sanfuwan Long-distance Bus Station, you can take a direct bus to Shanghai. Two buses are scheduled each day, at 15:30 and 17:30. They are all sleepers and the bus fare is CNY401.
