About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

UAE to Beijing to Honolulu

We will be flying from Dubai, UAE to Beijing, arriving Oct 29 and leaving Beijing on Nov 1 to Honolulu. Does this qualify for the 72 hour visa?
