About:How to Apply for a China Visa

I have a Felony DUI conviction on my record from 2 yrs ago, does this automatically disqualify me?

Bri, you still have a chance to apply for Chinese visa successfully. Many applicants don't know how to answer "Did you commit a crime?". However, according to them, some of those people who say Yes or No finally apply successfully.

Therefore, you needn't worry about this. You just submit your application and let the consular officer to decide.
