About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Osaka-Xiamen-Seoul-okayama. Would this itinerary be eligible for the 72h visa?

Good day,
I want to fly from Osaka, Japan to Xiamen and apply for the 72h free transit. My return flight is Xiamen-Seoul,Korea-Okayama,Japan.
