purchasing a sim card

Hi, I'm Roy...I'm traveling to china Tianjin tomorrow.
Is there available to purchase a sim card at the airport at midnight..cause I'm arriving at 2335hrs.

I'm afraid it is too late to buy a SIM card upon your arrival. Also I heard the SIM is unavailable at the airport.
