About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

Pre paid lounge access

I'm travelling from Auckland New Zealand with two others to Shanghai and have 12 hours layover before flying with lufthansa to Frankfurt
Which lounge would we be best to get a pre paid pass for shower etc on arrival

You are recommended to stay in the hourly hotel at T2. It is on the 6th and 7th floors of the international departure area of the terminal. It costs almost CNY300 for your stay and of course shower and other considerate facilities are available there.

Hi are you sure there is a hourly hotel in the airport as I tried to call them to reserve a room but it says the number doesn't exist . Also do I need to pass immigration to go there.as I don't have m visa and I only have 4.5 hours layover. It that far to get there. I travel with a 10 months baby. Thanks heaps

Yes, there is actually a hourly hotel that is located at International Departure Hall, Terminal 2.
You can call 96990 to consult more information.
You need to pass the immigration and then get to there. The distance is not far. So don't worry.
About the visa, you don't need to apply for it as long as the transfer time within 24 hours.
